Chris is the Practice Manager and has been with us since 2008. She is a native of the Chicago area but has lived in many different places while her husband served in the U.S. Navy. Before joining the WFI team, Chris was a stay-at-home mom, taking care of three children and two dogs. Her favorite thing about working at WFI is being able to connect with our patients; celebrating their successes and offering comfort when needed.
Krista is the Insurance Specialist at Wisconsin Fertility. She and her husband, Larry, are the proud parents of a daughter and son: Ava, age 6, and Gaige, age 8. Krista had already worked in insurance for five years when she joined WFI more than two years ago. She says one of the things she loves most about her job is serving as an advocate and liaison for our patients: “I love helping patients and being able to ease their minds and give them one less thing to worry about.”
Heidi is an RN at WFI and has more than 10 years of nursing experience. She has been working at WFI since June 2013 and says she really enjoys the people she meets and works with. From the knowledgeable doctors…to the team-oriented staff…to the courageous patients, Heidi says the people never cease to amaze her. Outside of work, Heidi can be found traveling, enjoying nature and practicing yoga. Be sure to ask her about her recent adventures in Peru.
Jen, a Certified Medical Assistant, started working for WFI in February 2013. Jen and her family, husband Bob and three kids (ages 21, 16, and 10), just built a new house on the east side of Madison. Jen’s favorite thing about working at WFI is helping our patient’s dreams of a family come true. “Coming to work here is a blessing; every day I enjoy it,” she says. “The patients and the team make every day a good day!” A fun fact about Jen is that she has a twin sister!
Melissa began working at WFI in September 2014 as a Junior Embryologist after graduating from UW-Madison with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a certificate in Global Health. She first became interested in the field of Reproductive Medicine after taking a summer IVF certification course. She got the job at WFI just one month after completing the course! Outside of work, Melissa loves to travel and makes sure to go on an international adventure at least once a year.
Janet, one of our medical assistants, has been with WFI since the clinic opened in 2007. She loves helping our wonderful patients, being supportive and sharing their joys. She’s originally from Sun Prairie, is married, has 4 adult kids, 5 grandkids & 2 cats that think they are people. Janet says, “I think Dr. Pritts & Dr. Olive are the BEST doctors in Madison & I am pleased to be part of WFI staff.”
Tonya is the Financial Assistant and CNA and has been with WFI since Oct 2011. She is the proud parent of a 10 year old boy named Jacob. In her free time, Tonya enjoys learning the art of Tae Kwon Do and mixed martial arts. She also loves to restore antique furniture. Tonya says the best part of working at WFI is the ability to work in most areas of the clinic, from financial to hands on patient care.
Amy is the RN in charge of the third party program at WFI and has more than 10 years of nursing experience in the field of obstetrics. She has been working at WFI since January 2015. She is the proud parent of 3 children: Tyler, age 14, Sarah, age 11 and Matthew, age 6. She loves her job at WFI and enjoys meeting new people every day. “I find it extremely rewarding to be able to help families through their fertility path and to assist them is growing a family of their own.”
Krista May joined the WFI team as the Donor Coordinator in May of 2015. She truly enjoys helping others and loves the family-like atmosphere that is promoted at WFI. She feels honored to have the opportunity to work with so many amazing individuals on a daily basis. In her spare time, Krista May and her husband enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, and photography.
Stacy joined out staff in April of 2016 as our Receptionist/Scheduler. In the short time she has been with us, she loves welcoming patients to the clinic and being a part of all that we do. She is a mom of 3 boys: Ben 14, Ethan 10 and Brody 2. She loves being active with her family, watching her boys plan their sports and spending time with family and friends. Stacy’s favorite hobbies include camping, photography and playing with her puppy, Woodson.
