Sperm Donation

Couples and singles alike may choose to use anonymous or known donor sperm. Patients can secure donor sperm by ordering through a sperm bank or by choosing someone they know to act as their sperm donor. Patients may decide to use a sperm donor due to the male having a low sperm count, or because they simply do not have a male partner but still want to create a baby.

Wisconsin Fertility Institute has an approved list of sperm banks from which we will accept anonymous donor sperm. Click here for a listing. If you do not see a particular bank on this list, please let us know, and we will see if they meet our criteria.
