What sets Wisconsin Fertility apart? For starters, we take the time to get to know you. And we believe the best way to do that is through candid conversation — especially during your initial consultation. Here’s what you can expect when you start your journey with Wisconsin Fertility Institute.
New Patient Information
- The Consultation* will last one hour.
- We will schedule a consultation for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday afternoon; your partner doesn’t need to attend but will need to complete an online medical history form that will be filled out at a later time.
- During the Consultation, you will meet with or speak on the phone with one of our Practitioners to discuss your history and treatment options, and to order labs; the Practitioner will have plenty of time to answer any questions you may have.
*The consultation cost is up to $250
Insurance Coverage
We accept insurance from Dean and Group Health Cooperative. We also have a full-time insurance specialist on-staff to verify your coverage for you.
Financial Assistance
We have partnered with fertility financing organization — CapexMD — to provide financial assistance to patients looking to start or grow their family. Click below to learn more.
