What sets Wisconsin Fertility apart? For starters, we take the time to get to know you. And we believe the best way to do that is through candid conversation — especially during your initial consultation. Here’s what you can expect when you start your journey with Wisconsin Fertility Institute.

To start your process with Wisconsin Fertility, you will first need to register as a new patient. You may do this by clicking on New Patient Sign up. Once you have registered our Patient Coordinator will reach out to schedule your New Patient Consultation within 24 hours (weekends excluded). On this call she will explain the next steps in the process. The New patient consultation is $250.00 and is due when scheduling the appointment.
You will receive an email to set up your Wisconsin Fertility Institute patient portal. You and your partner (if applicable) will need to set up a portal and complete the following information:
- My Personal Info
- My insurance
- Medical Records-History
By completing this information, you will help the WFI team in providing you with the best experience possible.
New Patient Consultation will be with one of our providers and this call will last about 50 minutes. All new patient consultations are done via the Doxy.me telehealth platform. You will receive instructions via email and your patient coordinator on how to access this platform the day of your appointment.
Your Team consists of our nursing staff, financial counselors, and your patient coordinator. This team will be with you throughout your journey. If you have any immediate questions you may contact Jenna your patient coordinator at 608-692-2345.

Insurance Coverage
We accept insurance from Dean and Group Health Cooperative. We also have a full-time insurance specialist on-staff to verify your coverage for you.
