Lesley Sans, CRNA

Lesley is a dedicated and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) that feels honored to work with patients that come through the Wisconsin Fertility Institute. With over 17 years of experience in anesthesia care in a variety of settings and patient populations, Lesley brings expertise and compassion that is highly appreciated by the patients she serves. The journey with fertility can be a stressful one and having a skilled anesthesia provider by your side will hopefully give your heart and mind some ease.

Education and Training:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) graduating with Honors from the University of Wisconsin – Madison
• Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Franciscan Skemp School of Nurse Anesthesia and University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse
• Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)

Approach to Patient Care:

Lesley strives to keep every patient as safe and comfortable as possible while working closely with the multidisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each patient. Her calm demeanor and healing touch is what she is known for and what is most appreciated by the patients she serves. Reducing stress levels is positively associated with better fertility outcomes, so her goal is to make your experience with us a positive one where you feel cared for and listened to.

Personal Interests:

Lesley loves traveling and visiting new places, reading, spending time with family and friends, cuddling with her dog Kevin, and enjoying the outdoors.
